excel (.xlsx) file in scheduled export of data visualization

Hi Team,
I am getting excel file only in .xls in scheduled export of data visualization. How can I get it as .xlsx format? Please share all the ways

Agree xls is old version and adding xlxs is not easy or straightforward the reason is it is not just adding a drop down value but building a logic to convert and download the file in new format
i will say better reach out to SN support to get more clarification on this before you proceed for any customisation or technical debt
also I am not sure we can even add a drop down value like this as per platform configuration

I can't see even with the export to Excel option, too. Could you suggest to me how to do it?

It should be OOTB, and anyone should be able to download it. Please check with the Admin to see if you are missing any roles or if there are any restrictions.

Yes, @Dr Atul G- LNG got it if we select data visualization type as 'list - simple', then we can export or schedule with selecting type as Excel in Yokohama.
