excel (.xlsx) file in scheduled export of data visualization

Hi Team,
I am getting excel file only in .xls in scheduled export of data visualization. How can I get it as .xlsx format? Please share all the ways

We had the same issue on our Yokohama instance but was fixed when we upgraded to Zurich.
