After migrating dashboards and reports to Next Experience / Platform Analytics in Australia, exporting a data visualization completely kills that user's session. Everything loads insanely slow. I know that investigating platform performance issues is a beast. This is different. It is 100% PAE causing this issue. I see transactions running over 2000 seconds to just load the Incident table for Incidents created on Today. The performance degradation only occurs after trying to export a data visualization. I have already engaged ServiceNow Support and they haven't been able to find anything. We've worked together and found nothing. These are the 2 crazy long transactions I continue to see for all affected users:
/api/now/ui/presence?
/api/now/v1/batch?
Anyone else seeing something similar? Tried anything?
