Export option available on some indicators but not others

I have just created some PA indicators - in our new Australia instance and have hit a strange problem:

My new Automated indicators, when viewed in the KPI Details screen, with show records enabled do not have the Export button available, whereas Out of the Box Indicators do have the Export button available.

I have compared the indicator definitions and the data source definitions of both and can see no obvious setting that controls this, does anyone know why this may be and how to fix it?

Unfortunately all the Web, AI, and community forum searches keep highlighting an older known issue about the export button being missing pre-Zurich and I can't seem to get past the answers that say to upgrade, so before anyone suggests that I'll point out that we are on the latest Australia patch, and that the button appears on some indicators and not others..

1. Exporting All Indicators
To export a complete list of all Automated, Manual, or Formula Indicators:

In the Application Navigator, enter pa_indicators.list in the Filter Navigator and press Enter.

Apply any desired filters or conditions to the list view.

Right-click any column header (or click the context menu icon), select Export, and choose your preferred file format.

2. Exporting Specific Widget Visualizations
To export data or charts from a specific visualization:

Navigate to Platform Analytics > Data Visualizations.

Open or save the specific visualization/widget you want to export.

Use the export options available directly on the widget menu (the top-right context menu of the visualization container).

Supported Export File Formats
Depending on the visualization style and type, you can export your data in the following formats:

Excel (.xlsx)

PDF (.pdf)

CSV (.csv)
