Export Request Queued - Platform Analytics

Hello,

I am currently encountering an error on a ServiceNow instance I work on. It seems that after migrating to Platform Analytics, many issues have popped up.
I migrated to Platform Analytics in Xanadu, then the instance was upgraded to Zurich, now at patch 1. 
A weird thing is that for a specific ITIL role user, when they try to export data visualizations (they have full access to those) they get a prompt saying "Export request queued" (attached image) I have checked and nobody else is exporting at the same time, it happens for all the visualizations that the user has access to, and no amount of clear cache, relogging or waiting solved the issue.

Anything related to the instance's backend is up and running, so I do not know what exactly is the issue, and I could not find anything else on the community for this.

Thank you for the reply.
I found the solution however. ServiceNow simply changed the permissions table from classic reporting to Platform Analytics and it imported all the permissions but only with read access. Adding write access back to the users let them export again without any issue.

2 Things:

  • Try running cache.do

  • Repair the Platform Analytics plugin and test again. If the issue still persists, log a ServiceNow support case.
