How to display a single Knowledge Article on a dashboard?

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to add a single Knowledge Article so that its content is always visible directly on a dashboard?

I know this was possible before using Content Blocks with the old reporting features, but I’m wondering if there’s a similar approach available now using the new Data Visualization reports.

I don't think there is any direct way to add a single Knowledge Article so that its content is always visible directly on a dashboard. However, you can associate the article with multiple knowledge bases to ensure it is easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders. This can be done by selecting the appropriate knowledge bases when creating or editing the article.
