Export to PDF - Customer Service Portal - add more information to this PDF

Hi,

I have looked in the SN Community and cannot find any information about this.

What is the method of updating the ticket information within the customer service portal that when a customer "exports to pdf" we can add more information to this PDF - i.e. different fields from the ticket or information like "show actual time to an incident"
