You need to create report on incident table as:

You may refer How to create report for Resolution SLA to determine average resolution time for specific Companies?...thread.

Also refer caculate Acknowledgement time.

The solution you have shared is for mean time to resolution, but acknowledge.  I wonder is there a way to calculate the acknowledgement for the assignment group?  Please advice.

You can create a report on Incident SLA [incident_sla] table to get the acknowledge report.
