We were thrilled to host our highly anticipated "Ask the Experts" Platform Analytics Academy session on April 16th, 2025, at noon Eastern. This exclusive session provided an opportunity to engage directly with our Platform Analytics Experts and get answers to pressing questions. Attendees came prepared and participated in an interactive and insightful discussion with our esteemed panelists.
Questions & Answers
Q1: Are there "Platform Analytics" usage data (stats/reports) available post-migration to measure what is in use or not?
A1: Click here for the live answer.
Q2: In Platform Analytics/inline dashboard, can we create filters based on "OR"? For example, in the Core UI, I can add two Indicator Sources to the Dashboard level filters so a user can choose one or the other. But I don't see a way to restrict filters this way in Platform Analytics (unless I build a technical dashboard).
A2: That’s not currently possible; all filters are treated with an AND operator. We have received this request before and will consider it for the future, but at the moment, it’s not possible.
Q3: We've been unable to create an interactive filter based on the sys_user_grmember table. We've created PA breakdowns. Can this be done in Platform Analytics?
A3: Click here for the live answer.
Q4: When we use a Line Chart, the top value that gets graphed goes to the Max range and has no Data Label. I am on Xanadu.
A4: This is fixed, it's under PRB1820051. Fixed in data visualization 5.0.1, which is Zurich, you can open a case to request a backport.
Q5: I have a requirement to provide a report that has all of our Business Applications (over 5000) and a count of Change requests, Incidents, Requests, etc., for a chosen time period. The only solution I have found for doing this is a custom table and a scheduled job. Is there a better way to get to this? The expectation is that you would see a row with the Application name, its count of change, count of incidents, etc.
A5: Click here for the live answer.
Q6: For reports and using the function field option, are you able to use reference fields when choosing a field for the function field? If so, how do you use the dot-walkable field?
A6: You can use reference fields when creating a function field. Dot-walking on those is not supported.

Q7: Based on feedback from customers, what have you heard is the biggest challenge customers faced in the migration?
A7: Click here for the live answer.
Supporting collateral: Moving from Classic/Core UI reporting to Platform Analytics - suggested migration path
Q8: Is it possible to record a Certification Owner on each dashboard? Perhaps on the Dashboard Details?
A8: Do you mean to certify the Dashboard or the Visualizations?
Q9: Is there any way to speed up adding the data source? We just migrated to Xanadu in our sub-prod environments, but also in prod (Washington), when I click on the table, sometimes it takes forever to bring up the table and the query builder.
A9: Unfortunately not. We are shipping some performance improvements in Y for data source selections, and most likely, we will do additional work on the data source selection in the A release. It would be interesting to see what’s causing the slowdown in your specific case. Maybe you can open a case for this, and we can take a look.
Q10: Will we always be able to edit existing dashboards and reports if we haven't migrated them to the new Platform Analytics? If not, when will we no longer be able to edit them?
A10: Click here for the live answer.
Q11: Can database views be used as a data source in Platform Analytics? If so, when was that available?
A11: Yes, they can be used. They have been supported for a while.
Q12: Can you create a chart using data from two different ServiceNow tables, for example, incident and change?
A12: Yes, that is possible for charts that support more than one data source, such as vertical or horizontal bar charts or time series charts. This also works for indicators but not cross-data sources. So you cannot mix indicators and tables.
Q13: I created a List Simple, and it returns 54 rows. If I group by Tags, it returns 0 rows.
A13: There might be defects on the grouping via Tags. I will surface it to the List team.
Q14: Are there still limitations with the number of filtered items that can be applied in a Dashboard? We have found that if you apply more than 2 or 3 filtered items, the filter no longer works. Has that been addressed yet?
A14: There is no limit to the number of filters. Indicators only support two filters unless you have data snapshots. For tables, we add many filters fine, as long as they do not collide with each other. Please open a case so we can look into your specific issue.
Q15: Would you be able to say some things about Formula indicators and the JavaScript methods that can be leveraged? I think the methods are JavaScript, but either way, I see methods there and a link to Browse for a method. Perhaps provide a simple use case.
A15: Click here for the live answer.

Q16: For the migration center, I only saw dashboards to migrate. What's the expectation for individual reports?
A16: If you do the “Start moving” full/bulk migration, it will migrate all the content across analytics, including reports and PA widgets and filters. From the partial migration till Yokohama, it migrated only the dashboards.
Q17: I am trying to call a script include from a data source filter for a bar chart. Is there a known issue when using JavaScript to call a script include? How do filters in data sources use the "Sandbox Enabled" flag in the script include?
A17: If you want a scriptable filter, you need to create a dynamic filter. You can find more information on dynamic filter options in the ServiceNow documentation.
Q18: We are currently in Xanadu but do not see the "Show filter as separate series" option related to the time series. Is there a particular version we have to be in or a plugin to be updated?
A18: The data visualization plugin version 26.0.* should have that option. You should be able to install the latest version (I believe it’s 26.0.5).
Q19: When we use a pivot table in Platform Analytics, we are not able to see all the data. To get complete data, right now we split the data using filters and export it to Excel and then combine the data in Excel. Is there a way we can get complete data in the pivot table? Is there any row limitation that we can adjust to see complete data?
A19: Most likely, the amount of data points exceeds the maximum. You can change the maximum by changing the system property “par_viz.table_data.max_data_points”. Be aware that this will impact performance.
Q20: What is the plan to replace the Launch Dependency Assessment tool that is currently available to see the dependencies for Performance Analytics?
A20: Click here for the live answer.
Q21: The ability to sort by Created by or date created, etc., more functionality to find that one visualization I know I built but don't remember what it was called.
A21: Click here for the live answer.
Q22: When migrating dashboards in Production, do we have to migrate all the dashboards at once, or can we migrate groups of dashboards at a time (using the try it option or activating the migrated dashboards a few at a time)? We have about 3000 dashboards.
A22: Click here for the live answer.
Q23: We have a requirement for fulfillers to be able to view some of our dashboards. Currently, it doesn't appear that any user with snc_external is able to view any dashboard on Platform Analytics. Is there a plan to get that fixed?
A23: Click here for the live answer.
Q24: What is the best operating/governance model, in terms of roles and responsibilities, to ensure all users and modules get the most out of the platform data? How best to balance user-generated content vs. curated reports/indicators? Introduce central governance across all apps or centralize it as a function (asking as a platform owner)?
A24: Click here for the live answer.
Q25: We just started with efforts to "Archive" our data. There may be teams who want to report off of Current UnArchived Incidents together with Archived Incidents. "Incidents" + "ar_incidents"... we know you can use Data Set, but we thought a Database View of the two may be the best solution to combine data in a single table. However, we're having issues with the logic, specific to the "Where Clause". Any suggestions?
A25: It’s hard to answer what’s wrong with your where clause without seeing it. Please open a case for this, and we can take a look.
Q26: Are there plans to add color to elements of the dashboard such as visualization titles/headers?
A26: This is coming in Zurich.
Q27: Do we have an ETA on rollout of YOY views for Platform Analytics?
A27: Click here for the live answer.
Q28: Any timing on Text to Analytics Indicator options for Platform Analytics or is there anything planned for that?
A28: Click here for the live answer.
Q29: I read that breakdown relations will no longer be used in Platform Analytics. Is this correct?
A29: Click here for the live answer.
Q30: Have you considered allowing comma-separated values for large numbers on PA Widgets using time series visualizations, for example?
A30: Click here for the live answer.
Q31: Is there a plan to provide ways to interact with the list of visualizations and dashboards? In particular, sorting the list, filtering the list, etc.
A31: We are improving the option to filter/sort in the Analytics Center library pages in Zurich and Australia.
Q32: Do domain configurations work with Platform Analytics dashboards in the same way as with pa_dashboards, and if so, how do you relate them?
A32: Yes, they are identical because of migration. We had to keep them the same.
Q33: Where can we find plans on the migration, what steps will be required, and what new features we should use?
A33: You can find the plans and steps required for migration, along with new features, on the ServiceNow community blog.
Q34: Recently, we migrated Dashboards to PA using the migration tool. Since then, one of the Dashboards used by our Change Managers no longer automatically removes an item in real-time when a Change Manager approves one of the items. They now have to manually hit the refresh button at the top to make items “drop” from the view. How is this fixed, please?
A34: You can check the visualization configuration and look for the “Enable real-time" property. If this is enabled but not working, please open a case, and we can take a look.
Q35: Any updates planned to AI search dashboard? Would like to be able to break down based on personas.
A35: Sadly, that is not a dashboard we own. It’s one created by a team outside our organization.
Q36: I want to filter on sys_id is one of and return a list of sys_ids from a script include. My use case is to list all assets that have duplicate asset tags, but I want to filter out any asset where the count is only 1.
A36: You likely need to fetch the data manually in a technical dashboard and feed it into the widget directly.
Q37: When working with an automated indicator, there is an option to view "Scores for this indicator". I like the appearance (especially when viewing data that is collected Monthly). Is there a recommended way to mimic the behavior/appearance of an Indicator Scoresheet within a Platform Analytics dashboard? Scorecard-Pivot comes close, but not quite what I'm looking for here as the number of columns seems to be limited.
A37: The indicator scorecard component is the only way of getting close to that. However, we are interested in understanding the limitations you see there.
Q38: Will migrating stand-alone Core UI reports be in a future release?
A38: Yes, we will support it in Zurich.
Q39: Will there be summary counts on platform analytics widgets like in Performance? As in when grouping, you can see total tasks and a grouping count by resource if you set it up that way.
A39: You can do this in a Pivot visualization. We don’t have it on our roadmap for other visualizations, although we see the value in having this feature in the future.
Q40: My company is new to Platform Analytics, and we are planning our migration. I have several questions:
- If we do nothing until upgrading to Australia, does every single dashboard and every single report get automatically upgraded? Would objects be skipped if they are set inactive?
- And if we followed that approach, what would happen to the Core UI versions then? Are they locked down (to a role), deleted, or something else?
- How do we migrate reports and/or interactive filters that may not reside on a dashboard?
- If I have an existing scheduled Core UI report, can the schedule be migrated/auto-created, or does that have to be recreated manually in Platform Analytics?
A40:
- No, there is no auto-migration.
- They will remain as is.
- The migration center bulk migration lets you migrate them.
- It’s automatically migrated if the underlying report is migrated.
Q41: Any plans to support the transitions of reports to Platform Analytics?
A41: We will allow the migration of Core UI reports separately from Zurich.
Q42: Platform Analytics Dashboard uses Breakdown as a filter. This breakdown is created using Rollup to support hierarchy filters. In the same dashboard, Data Visualization is created from TABLE & Indicator (which has this breakdown), but Table Data Visualization is not filtering based on this Breakdown filter. Is there a way to make this Hierarchy (Breakdown Rollup) filter support data visualization created with the "Table" data source?
A42: In your filter configuration, in the data to filter section, you can add multiple data sources and indicators to filter. So you should be able to combine them together there if I am understanding your question.
Q43: Is there documentation or a roadmap page that shows the NowAssist features that will be available specific to Platform Analytics?
A43: You can find the NowAssist features specific to Platform Analytics in the ServiceNow documentation.
Q44: We are also having many issues with Platform Analytics filters.
A44: Can you share what type of issues you have with filters on your dashboards? Feel free to email us, so we can also take a look with the team.
Q45: I am trying to do some housekeeping on all PAs, and I've found using Report Statistics and Dashboard Statistics tables to help identify items to investigate further and eventually mark for deletion. Do you support or stand by these tables?
A45: We created these tables, and the data we are generating and reporting. They are the best way to check the performance of widgets.
Q46: Can you give a strategy to use for determining if something should be saved to the visualization library or not? Our internal ServiceNow team wants to limit the number of dashboards being saved to the library. All ITIL users can create reports, and we are a large organization with thousands of reports. I want to create some items in the library that are approved for best practices that other users can start from.
A46: Click here for the live answer.
Q47: As part of cleanup, we are anticipating marking several unused Dashboards “Inactive.” Do inactive Core Dashboards automatically convert into the new environment after running Migration Center, or are they excluded? And is there a tool that we can use post-migration to convert dashboards from Core to Platform after we’ve already leveraged the Migration Center?
A47: We do not migrate inactive dashboards. They are filtered out by the bulk migrator.
Q48: Are there any plans for the 'Home page'? Currently, when you click on it, it takes you to the latest dashboard that you have looked at.
A48: Click here for the live answer.
Q49: We have defined function fields to pull "Year-Month" for various dates, i.e., Resolved, Closed, etc., so that we can create pivot tables with the "Year-Month" as the columns. Example: Function Field Name: Resolved Year_Month Function Definition: glidefunction:substring(resolved_at,1,7) This results in a value that looks like "2025-02" or "2025-03". Unfortunately, when the function looks at the 'resolved_at' field, it's seeing it in UTC, not Central Time, which is our instance default. So, if I use filter criteria in my report and try to limit it to Incidents resolved in March of 2025, I still see some items showing up in the "2025-04" column because they were resolved at 10 pm or 11 pm Central Time on 3/31, which is 4/1 UTC. Is there any way to adjust what the substring function sees for the date so that it aligns with Central Time?
A49: Click here for the live answer.
Q50: On classic report, we are able to position labels on bar visualization chart indicating one label on center and another label on top when you have 2 data sources, so the labels don't overlap. that feature is not available on platform analytics. It's by default centered. Also, there is no way to change font colors on column charts?
A50: Click here for the live answer.
Q51: Is there any plans to enable drilldowns to open directly in Workspace?
A51: Click here for the live answer.
Q52: Should we wait for Zurich or another particular release to test and understand the impact that the migration will have on our environment? I want to test as soon as possible, but I understand there are new features and fixes which are being implemented, therefore testing too early may not provide a good representation of how the migration would impact us.
A52: Click here for the live answer.
Q53: If we migrate a native dashboard in sub-prod to Platform analytics, can it be included in an update set?
A53: It can be included but we do not suggest to move content between environments since the redirection will not work automatically.
Q54: Can you please share some learning links to how to create new Workspace Overview dashboards or customize OOTB Overview Dashboards and create custom reports to full fill Business needs?
A54: Click here for the live answer.
Q55: It's related to Platform Analytics Migration , if opted for full migration then what happens to core UI reports? Meaning will they migrated to Platform Analytics Data Visualization Library or they still in Core UI & these are accessible to users.
A55: Yes if you have done the full migration the Core UI reports will be migrated to the Save data visualizations in the library.
Q56: Follow on - Is use of javascript to call script include deprecated in Platform analytics. This is supported in legacy dashboard reports. I want to filter on sys_id is one of and return a list of sys ids from script include. My use case is to list all assets that have duplicate asset tag but I want to filter out any asset where the count is only 1 I am trying to call script include from data source filter for bar chart. Is there a known issue when using javascript to call script include? How do filter in data sources use "Sandbox Enabled" flag in script include?
A56: Click here for the live answer.
Q57: is there a way to embed Knowledge articles into a visualization - like the rich text or something else?
A57: If you are using in-line dashboard you cannot directly link a KB article within a visualization.
The options you have:
1. Put the link in the description, then users have to copy & paste it.
2. Or use rich text element to add this element to the dashboard
Q58: Also, I believe there is still a message in the migation center that implies that there will be forced migration in Zurich. I know it was said in the Q&A above (and reiterated in the latest communication) that there is no forced migration, but it just added some confusion for my team when we saw this.
A58: This will be updated with the release of Zurich.
Q59: Can you Make Pie chart interactive Filters as you can in core UI?
A59: Yes that is possible from the Chart interactions
Supporting collateral: ServiceNow Docs - Configure chart interactions
Q60: I would like to use date filters in a data visualization on platform analytics. When will that be available as a filter? Currently i only see breakdown filters as an option.
A60: Yes change your filter type to a date filter type in the filter type drop down in the config panel.
Q61: How do we mark a dashboard as a favorite?
A61: You can mark it as bookmark, or when viewing the dashboard you can use the Star icon on the top of the unified navigation.
Q62: Marta has previously provided a roadmap of features that will be “Supported on Migration” in upcoming releases. (ex: Zurich will support migration of colors from Core dashboard headers)
Is there an updated version of this published somewhere online?
A62: Platform Analytics Academy - Platform Analytics Migration Center
Q63: Does the Unified Dashboard require sn_vul.vulnerability_admin
A63: No it does not.
Q64: What is the best way to bulk extract JSON content from the Platform Analytics Migration Center logs? We are hoping to create a spreadsheet to analyze the log contents, instead of drilling into each record.
A64: Export the table to csv or json and then parse it.
Q65: Any plans on improving adding fields(columns) to the simple list visualizations? Users are finding difficult to add one column at a time.
A65: We are improving List in Z to have option to add multiple columns at a time.
Q66: Our team is on the Washington release and have a performance analytics dashboard created, can you share documentation and or confirm if this needs to be migrated over to platform analytics?
A66: All performance analytics dashboards can be migrated to platform analytics.
Q67: Is it on the roadmap to be able to reference report sources for List - Simple visualization types?
A67: Yes, this will be possible in Zurich (with safe harbour of course). We are redesigning the list component to support more use cases and to have a similar experience as other visualizations.
Q68: Unified Dashboard - Can we configure access without having admin roles? Below is from the Unified Dashboard documentation: Required Now Platform roles
The following roles are associated with this solution. They’re required for viewing, editing, and sharing the reports:
sn_vul.app_sec_manager
sn_vul.vulnerability_admin
sn_vul.vulnerability_analyst
sn_vulc.admin
sn_vul_container.vulnerability_admin
sn_vul_container.vulnerability_analyst
sn_vul.app_developer
sn_vulc.vulnerability_analyst
A68: Thats a specific dashboard un vulnerability assessment? Dashboards support sharing with groups, users and roles, so you can customize the sharing of the dashboard as you need to.
Q69: In selected dashboard Platform migration . I have reports on that , will these reports will be converted to Data Visualization & these are visible in Data Visualization library & if yes thne how about sharing of this report will keep same in Data visualization?
A69: Till Yokohama, those reports/pa widgets will only be in the dashboard level and not in the library.
From Zurich we will check if those are reused across multiple dashboard and also place them in the library.
Q70: Any Timing on Governance of Platform analytics scheduled dashboards and reports where we can have governance on where data is coming from (tables)? From what we see there is no option to apply governance to scheduled reports/dashboards based on data source.
A70: First version of admin center I believe is coming in Zurich
Q71: Any updates on allowing Data Visualizations to be seen while dealing with domains?
A71: Domain support I believe has been around for Data Visualizations for a couple of years, they should behave the all other domain supporting records should, if they do not please open a case.
Q72: I have a customer who wants % of closed tickets vs. ALL tickets ever submitted on the table. The expectation is the denominator will grow larger and larger (already well over 1M tickets). They have a valid business reason for this. Do you have a recommendation on giving them what they asked for in a Formula Indicator or another solution?
A72: Formula indicator i think are the best
Q73: We have a need to create filters from a List Collector field - but that does not seem to be possible. Any chance that's something coming in the future?
A73: We have heard about this before, but we don’t have it on our immediate roadmap, at least not in Z. We are currently planning for A release, and I’m hoping we can fit this in, but can’t promise anything at this point unfortunately.
Q74: Any updates on allowing the new dashboards to do some of the same functionality that the old dashboards have like the Gauges, Widgets, Content Blocks, World Clocks, Dispatch Maps, etc?
A74: Static content blocks is there. any other custom widgets are available as technical dashboards already and there are no plans to bring it into inline dashboards anytime soon.
Q75: Question about platform analytics, if I need to separate the permissions of who can and who cannot share a report or a dashboard, how can I do it, since, as I see in Platform analytics, there are no specific security roles as before in Core UI example (report_groupe). Tks
A75: The owner of the widget/dashboard has the ability to share and decide who has the edit/view rights. You can only restrict who can create new reports, but if they can create a visualization, they can share it.
Q76: Is there a timeline that the platform versions of OOB dashboards such as PMO dashboard will have the workbench (pipeline) visualizations updated/available?
A76: We are currently looking into how to bring workbench to the next experience and will also review the OOB part. Timeline wise maybe around B or C. (Safe harbor)
Q77: Is forced migration planned for Zurich? What will that look like for customers that have not migrated?
A77: At this point no forced migration will happen as part of any release.
Q78: Are there other NowAssist features that might be available except for analytics generation, ppt generation and Insight generation?
A78: Click here for the live answer.
Q79: Is there a way to track how long reports take to execute and the usage of reports, each time they are run and how long they execute? Is there a way to do that in Platform Analytics like we do today?
A79: The initial version is coming in Zurich I believe.
Q80: We have Scheduled Reports currently. Will there be a way to move all of these schedules to a Scheduled Export in Platform Analytics standalone?
A80: Click here for the live answer.
Q81: Will the Launch Interactive Analysis be added to the Platform Analytics dashboards? Outside of the KPI Details view
A81: The Interactive Analytics will still be supported from the Core UI lists; it will not be deprecated yet.
Q82: I'm concerned with indicators being available for users. Before, only a small number of users had access to create Performance Analytics. Now, it seems everyone will have access to indicators I created. How do I limit users from selecting indicators that have sensitive data I don't want everyone to access? What do I need to do for the Performance Analytics to control who can select them in their dashboards?
A82: You can control the users who can create the visualizations on top of various data sources. Will try to find the doc.
Q83: Is there a recommendation for speeding up the "grant access to" dropdown when sharing a dashboard? With users, roles, and groups all in one dropdown, trying to search for the "itil" role just now took about 20 seconds to load just now, and I have to scroll to the bottom of the list to see the itil role, since it appears to have done a "contains" search on user name. Could the user search be changed to "starts with" instead of "contains" to improve performance?
A83: Click here for the live answer.
Q84: What’s the best solution for creating an indicator source, indicator, and job for displaying the trend on Records Closed Monthly?
A84: Click here for the live answer.
Q85: Sorry if this is already answered. Question - do platform analytics support one filter functionality? I mean to say if interactive filters and breakdowns work for both type of reports? Standard reports and PA reports? Earlier the breakdowns did not worked for standard reports.
A85: Click here for the live answer.
Supporting collateral: Platform Analytics Academy "Platform Analytics Filters"
Q86: When migrating dashboards with Dynamic filters, they convert as an iframe don't appear to work. Is this expected functionality?
A86: Click here for the live answer.
Q87: Is there any update on being able to search, sort by, and add/remove columns on the data visualization list view? I am specifically interested in both the main Data Visualizations list (available from the filter navigator), but also the popup view when you are adding a visualization to a dashboard from a dashboard page view.
A87: Most probably this will be fully support in Australia release
Q88: Question - how can we move/copy a widget from workspace to platform analytics dashboard?
use case example - 3 widgets on health workspace (completeness, compliance, correctness) widgets to be copied to dashboard in platform analytics?
A88: Currently there is no way to do this, you will have to recreate the visualizations in the dashboard or visualization library.
Q89: We are a build partner and have a single application in the Store. Can we use Platform Analytics to embed dashboards and reports in our scoped app?
A89: 100%, platform analytics is an out of the box solution. Dashboard is available as a component in UI Builder, and you can use that component to embed it in your workspace page. If you want to add Dashboards as a standalone page in your workspace, you can create a page from Dashboard template, it will automatically create all the necessary wiring to make it work. For embedding visualizations, they are also a component in UI Builder (Data visualization)
Q90: Will migrated reports be automatically added to the library? How will reports not used on dashboards be migrated?
A90: Till Yokohama, only if you migrate using the full/bulk migrationwe will migrate the reports in the saved data visualizations.
Q91: On Core UI time series reports there are not marks for the values (ticks or dots). My clients are quite insisting on that visual element. Any plans to have the dots/ticks under the values in Platform Analytics? Thank you!
A91: I think you are referring to the “Show markers” config, correct? If so this is available as of Yokohama
Q92: Is there a list of items anywhere that would say "If you need X/Y/Z you should wait for Zurich to migrate"? (If not, can one be made?)
A92: You will find at minute 44 the list of features supported till now on Migration: Platform Analytics Migration Center
Q93: Given the outstanding enhancements (like data visualizations column search/sorting not being available until Australia), do you have an upgrade you recommend us migrating at? It sounds like feature parity won't be complete with classic reports/dashboards until Australia, unless there is a different recommendation I'm not aware of that I can provide when communicating back to business?
A93: There is not a blank statement that will work for all customers. In case there are functionalities you perceive are critical to the business and are not still supported than Australia would be the best release for you.
Q94: Are there any plans for additional training material and/or documentation on how to leverage the technical editor for next experience dashboards. I was able to find an academy session where some examples were covered but its still very basic.
A94: There should be training in Now Learning. Also I would recommend you check out the Next Experience Academy series.
Q95: Is it possible to restrict users from sharing their content with roles?
A95: The sharing with roles should not be available to all users, but only admins. if that is not the case is a defect
Q96: After the migration has been completed, if a user decides they need an inactive dashboard brought back, is there way to convert it? (Is Migration Center available after performing a mass migration?)
A96: Yes you can manually migrate a single dashboard already and from Zurich it should be much better.
Q97: Is there any update on the issue where running a full migration populates the resulting par_dashboard_widget records with a name of "untitled", instead of the visualization/component name? Last I heard was PRB1863966 was sleighted for Zurich, but wondering if there's an update on that or a fix script we could use to remediate the issue in a pre-Zurich migration, or if we would have to build our own.
A97: This is currently work in progress. It was picked up by an engineer yesterday.
Q98: What are the backend table names for the new visualization and dashboard stats table with PAR? I heard that last run will not be available until Zurich on the new dashboard stats table, and I'd like to confirm that, as well as know the new stat table names.
A98: In Zurich they are not tables, they are more pages that have the same data I believe based on a number of data sources combined.
