Fix an element as default on a breakdown source dashboard.

Hello,

We have an Interactive PA dashboard configured with a visible breakdown source at the top left. The breakdown source has 10 elements in the selection visible to all. We'd like to fix say element# 4 as the default for everyone when they navigate to the dashboard.

Is this possible?

You can't set the default, this is user persistent.  If you the user selects Element 4 the first time, it will remember it, however, if they come back in a week later and change it to element 6, it will then remember that.

If this is something that you need, I would suggest that you put in an idea in the Idea Portal.

At present, ServiceNow doesn't support to set the default value as we've also struggled to find a solution.
