Formula Indicator - Target not showing in list widget

Dear PA experts,

I'm struggling to show a target for a formula indicator part of a list widget: 

• The color coding is not working
• The target is not showing up

Here is the setup of the widget:

I think the issue is with the time serie of the target, but I can't select By Month SUM in the above form (see Indicator - Target Settings). It's limited to this list of time series:

How can I sort it out ?

I would suggest create a case task, so eng/support team can check directly on your instance what is the problem
