Getting access error clicking on PA widget to get to Analytics Hub

I have a user who is trying to click on a PA widget (pie chart) to get to the Analytics Hub. However when they try they get the following:

"Sorry you do not have access to this indicator, breakdown or element combination. Please contact your Performance Analytics admin for further information"

They can access other Analytic Hubs for other PA widgets, just a couple are causing issues. The indicator source for this widget is accessing the incident table, so nothing unusual about the setup that I can tell.

Please check the particular indicator >Access control tab setting.
