Help with how to show SLA percent met vs not meet broken down by Definition

Hello,
My director has a very specific SLA metric requirement. We have a staff augmentation and will need to track the progress of the contractor team.
I need to show for each definition (p1 resolved, p1 response time, etc.) what percent of each was met vs not met. I can do a pie chart to show percent breakdown of all priorities as individual, but the specific request is for example "in the last 30 days what percent of p1 resolved SLA met, and what percent did not". That logic needs to occur for each priority "met", "resolved", and needs to be able to filter for time periods. ie last week, last 30 days, etc.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to break this down and really need some help. We do also own Performance Analytics if the answer is there, which I also unsuccessfully tried.
