Hi, is it possible to hide certain topics in "Show me everything" button in Virtual Agent, but not touching the "Is visible" property in the topics table?

Hi there,
You could add conditions to the topics. Or using the vaContext property with the conditions for example.
What do you exactly want to achieve?

Hi Mark,
I want the topics to be active but not visible. I want the user to be able to start the topic by typing directly in the chatbot, but not able to see it in "Show me everything". Our idea is that we have ~200 topics and scrolling through them in "Show me everything" may cause confusion. The approach that we were using so far was to make the "is visible" property for those topics false, but this is making us some other problems like not suggesting the topics to the user when there are multiple matches.

See this article which contains vaContext explanation. Is about different Service Portals, though you could use it for anything up to your imagination.
