How avoid duplicate records in Platform Analytics Dashboard filter

Hello everyone,

I've been stuck with the following problem for a few hours, and I haven't found documentation regarding this yet. I'm working with PA Dashboards, and I want to filter some requests by company departments, so here is the thing, some departments names have the same name (this is because I'm working on a corporate's KPI so there are requests from same departments from different corporation's companies, for example, HR from A Company and HR from B company).

I want to show the list of department's names but show them uniquely. Is there any way to do so?

This is the current filter list:

And this is the filter's settings:

I'll appreciate your help, regards!

If you want them to be unique, you will have to make them unique on the original table. There isn't a way currently to modify the displayed value of the filter options.

Thank you @sizzleMcFace, actually that was our approach in this case, and finally was the only solution we find regarding this topic.

Additionally to @sizzleMcFace response, I added one more filter to the filter group shown before, and it works this way:
Filters before:

Filters now:

I added one more filter for companies, so this allow me to show to the user the departments that are related to a specific company (That also depends on the data's integrity)
