How can I create report of users , who haven't action on any incident , problem, change ?

what do you mean by no action taken?

It can vary from customer to customer.

No action taken from past 2 days etc

@Ankur Bawiskar No action taken means they haven't logged in any incident, change , problem . They never assigned to any task i.e. in any incident, change , problem . For this i want to create a report .

so you want list of agents for whom no INC, CHG, PRB is assigned?

That’s correct. I need a report of agents who have never been assigned to any Incident, Change, or Problem, and have also never created or opened any of these records.
