How can you make a pivot table with only one count column?

I'd like to create a pivot table that only has a column for Assignment Group and one column for the Total number of Tasks assigned to each group. It seems that ServiceNow requires to divide the columns with at least one additional field. Is there a way around that (without PA)?

So isn't there any way then to lose the Active (or any other) field/column thereby only having Assignment Groups and totals displayed - as Troy originally enquired?

hI Troy,
As a first step, Can you please group by on the service Name in a list view and see if there is any duplicate name in it? And try removing the duplicates?

Hi Troy,
Were you able to doing what you initially had requested (1 column for Assignment Group and 1 column for the Total number)?
Thanks,
Bruno
