Hello Community!
I have created a dashboard using a date-filter. But the predefined ranges do not match my need.
I would like to have a predefined range that lets the user filter on "Before 6 months ago".
Is it possible to add new predefined ranges?
And if it is possible, where do you add new predefined ranges?
Kind regards
Erik Jensen

I believe so based on my experience and platform understanding.
there are many things which come directly from platform level for which we don't have access to modify/create that

I'm encountering an issue when I select the fiscal calendar and set "Next 3 fiscal periods" as the default value. When impersonating a user with dashboard access, I receive the following error: "Invalid configuration. Invalid value for dynamicTimeRange field: 407916528715b210cabecbf9cebb35d0. Contact your ServiceNow administrator for more information." On the ServiceNow dashboard, only the standard calendar filter option appears—none of the fiscal calendar options are visible. This error does not occur when I use my system admin account.
