How do i create a report using keywords?

I'm looking to create a few reports from the words that are listed in the Description box. For example pulling all tickets which mention the word 'complaint'. 

I have been told that the only way to do this is via keywords. I'm pretty new to service now, does anyone have a guide for how to set up a simple keyword search report.

If you are looking a description you could also do description contains complaint.
