I collected data for months past that I don't need and want to remove these collected months? Is there a way to remove data collected?

Everything Jason said is correct, but there is an easy way to roll off old scores for specific indicators. You can set the retention at the indicator level and let the normal clean up job remove them (then turn off the override).
A quick list edit allows me to edit a batch of indicators pretty quickly.

You need to do it at the indicator level.
1. Go to the indicator, scroll down and click on the 'Show Scorecard' hyperlink
2. Click the hamburger icon in upper left corner, select 'Edit Scores'
3. in the upper right corner, click on 'Delete all Scores' - or just select the dates you want to delete

Hi ChristineP,
If you are interested in generally cleaning up PA scores that are of a certain age, you can do so in the PA properties. See the link below for a description of these properties (com.snc.pa.dc.keep_scores_for.frequency, com.snc.pa.dc.keep_snapshots_for.frequency) and how to edit them.
They determine how far back in time PA scores and snapshot data will be preserved. You can specify different time frames for indicators of different frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
If you are trying to remove specific scores for specific indicators, there is no quick and easy way to do it. You could view the indicators scoresheet and delete the values you don't want. But, that could be tedious depending on how many scores you want to remove. You can also delete all scores for an indicator from the scoresheet. There is a UI button in the upper right corner for this. Of course, it will delete all of the data for the indicator, including what you want to keep. Sometimes, I find that the easiest and quickest option is to click that button and then run a one-off data collection job to recollect the scores I didn't want to lose. Of course, if you can not collect the indicator in question historically/retroactively, then this is not a viable option.
Hope that helps!
Regards,
Jason Monzo

When does the normal clean up job run? So I know when to remove the override.
