How I could to define the language used by the system for the scheduled report?

Hi all,

I need to generate and send by e-mail a daily report in "English" ( the instance have system localization = it ), 

So, I have tried to modify the Scheduled Email of Report, specifying in the filed run as a user that has language = English, but the result not change, the report is generated in "Italian", both the name of the fields and their value.

How I could to define the language used by the system for the scheduled report?

I checked and scheduled report is sent using language of runas user. 

However, changing language of runas doesn't change anything. 

I had to change runas user to user with different language in order to force change of report language.

Thanks for your help,
I have do the configuration of a users in "English" and only later I have modify the "execute as" in my "Scheduled Email" with the user configuration before.
It work correctly.
