How to amend a scheduled report setting

All,

This is a basic reporting question but I can't seem to find the solution details in product documentation.

I have set up a report to run daily - however the user no longer has a requirement for  daily update.

I could delete the report but I would like to keep the current parameters for adhoc running of this report.

Under the dropdown 'schedule a report' I have tried unticking the active box and changing the request to 'on demand'

I hit submit and then save but when I go back in to the scheduled view these updates did not save down.

Any suggestions on how to resolve  would be appreciated or  maybe there is no option but to delete the report request.

Go to Scheduled reports page.

Hi Wendy,

The easiest workaround is to create a role and assign that role to the reports you want to make invisible.

In this way, you will be able to run adhoc this report whenever you need.

In left nav, type in Scheduled Reports. Find your report, open it up to edit. Uncheck Active box, under Run, change to On Demand and also remove the email it's set to distribute to.
