How to build a with common filter "assigned to" between both incidents and SCTASK. As the team handles both Incidents and SCTASKS - do we have provision to see in a single view by applying the filter condition?

Viewing the task table list view (task.list in the left nav) you can apply a Task type filter like this to only show records in these 2 tables

So then you could add to this Assigned to is me or whatever you're looking for.  Once you get the filter nailed down you can create a favorite or a new Application Module so that it appears in the left nav with this pre-defined filter.
