1. How to calculate the average time particular request completion with breakdown as variable.

2. In case of multiple approval catalog request, is it possible to have segregated report indicating time taken by 1st level approval and 2nd level approval?

1. You can use metrics for this and use fields of the record to filter on. Or Performance Analytics if you have the licenses.

2. Do you have the approvals recognizable as 1st or 2nd level approval?
