I am currently reviewing the CMDB Health Dashboard for Configuration Items (CIs). As shown in the dashboard, the Completeness score is 99% and the Correctness score is 78%, but I do not have deep CMDB/domain knowledge to determine the appropriate metrics and thresholds for these indicators. How to calculate this metrics, what are the tables that are involved to get this
