How to create a new KPI detail?

In KPI/indicator under platform analytics, I can't view "new" button, have to go back to old performance analytics->indicator to create indicator. Also, I can't view the forcast signals new features for my indicator no matter viewing it from old performance analytics indicator or new platform analytics KPI detail page. Why?

New button is not Visible in KPI/indicator module as that is just a placeholder to show indicator list and once clicked it navigates to KPI details.

Currently creating a new indicator is under performance analytics module and once migrated it will be under platform analytics application itself.

Also forecast signal is under chart option for eligible charts in KPI details.

Thank you for your screenshot which is very helpful. If the creation still resides under performance analytics, does it mean even the performance indicator also support all the KPI features like forecast, signals?
