Virtual Agent Dashboard - KB Breakdown Metric Access

I currently have the 'chat_analytics_viewer' role to access the Virtual Agent dashboard but am unable to see the KB Breakdown metric. Is there another role needed to view the KB article numbers?

Are you able to see kb brekdown widget with no data?

the KB Breakdown metric might require the interaction_admin role or a similar role with access to interaction data.
