How to create a new "scheduled export" in platform analytis?

I can't view "new" in "scheduled export" in platform analytis. What's the difference between the core ui analytics "scheduled report" and platform analytics "scheduled export"? Thanks.

As per the documentation you need to have the par_scheduler role to export dashboards that you have access to, or par_scheduler_admin role to export any dashboard.

I already have par_scheduler_admin and par_scheduler, still can't view any "export" in dashboard, could you share the screenshot? Thanks.

Is the documentation link that I provided not working? It explains the steps and has screen shots.

 

Here is where you can access the Export (download) and Schedule (email) menus for a Dashboard in Platform Analytics Center:

I have verified on a fresh Yokohama instance that having par_scheduler role makes these menu items available. If this is not the case on your end despite you having the roles I would suggest that you open a Now Support case.

What version are you on? Scheduled dashboard export was introduced in Yokohama.

Hello @Robert H  - thanks for the details.I am facing the same issue as Lisa. See picture below. I have Admin role and was able to create a dashboard and share it using Platform Analytics however I don't have the schedule option in the drop down menu.
