Hi @Lisa71
core UI analytics scheduled report" focuses on scheduling and sending reports (like PDFs, CSVs, or XLSX) directly to email addresses, while "platform analytics scheduled export" allows exporting data for custom dashboards or data integration, offering more flexibility in data handling and analysis.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Core UI Analytics Scheduled Report:
- Purpose: To schedule reports to run at specific times and send them to email addresses.
- Output: Reports in formats like PDF, CSV, or XLSX.
- Focus: Primarily for generating and distributing standardized reports.
- Example: You can schedule a weekly performance report to be emailed to a team on Monday mornings.
Platform Analytics Scheduled Export:
- Purpose:To export data from the platform for use in custom dashboards, data integration, or other analytics purposes.
- Output:Data in a format suitable for external tools or platforms.
- Focus:Providing flexibility in data handling and analysis, allowing users to create their own reports and dashboards.
- Example:You can schedule an export of all incident data to a data warehouse for advanced analysis.
