How to create an interactive dashboard for managers to see separated employee Projects, Tasks, Demands

Managers would like to see separated employee Demands, Projects, Tasks, Incidents and Roles to make sure information transitions to other staff. I Ideally would like all of this information available on a report so that when a manager plugs in employee name, all of this information pulls up based on employee name.

Create one dashboard, with an interactive filter based on user table and referencing all the fields on the different tables you need to show (assigned to, opened by, etc). They then can see all, or select an employee in one overview.
