How to Create Incident Age Buckets (0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9+ Months) in Zurich Visualization Designer?

I am working in the Zurich version of ServiceNow.

Requirement:
I need to create a visualization/report on the Incident table that buckets incidents based on when they were created.

The required buckets are:

• Incidents created in last 0–3 months

• Incidents created between 3–6 months

• Incidents created between 6–9 months

• Incidents created more than 9 months ago

I was suggested to use:-

• Performance Analytics

• Breakdowns

• Data Visualizations instead of legacy Reports

However, in my PDI, when trying to create a Breakdown, I receive a message saying:
“Activate the Performance Analytics – Premium plugin.”

I want to know:

1. What is the best Zurich-compatible approach for this requirement?

2. Can this be achieved directly in Visualization Designer without PA Premium?

3. Is there any out-of-box way to create dynamic age buckets (0–3, 3–6, 6–9, 9+) from sys_created_on without creating separate visualizations manually?

4. If PA Premium is unavailable, what is the recommended enterprise approach?
