How to create Incident age live tacking using scheduled jobs?

Hello,

I have a requirement that show incident age using scheduled jobs and the field im using is choice field and the choices are "Below 30 days", "Above 30 days", "Above 60 days", "Above 90 days".

Why not utilize OOTB reports to track incident age according to the timespan provided?
