How to create PA report for open cases which are active in past date(Now Closed) for last 2 years?
I tried collecting historic data but it is collecting same scores for every day.
Please help to achieve this requirement.

Yep - not a problem:
But again, the question is if you have data that has been captured earlier. If Metric instance table hold all the data already, then there is no problem at all.

You can make a historical data collection based on the open date. But to get how many cases that were open on a monthly/weekly basis during the last year - that is not possible, as you have no specific date/time stamp for that.

Thank you for the quick response.
Can you please help me with the filters for indicator, indicator source and data collection. For the last 2 years cases which are active in their relative past date.
Is it possible to compare the active tickets between past and current date.

Just to clarify your requirement, do you want to see tickets by created date for the last two years? Is this correct? And no, OTTB there is no possibility to compare past and current date.

Hi @AndersBGS ,
My requirement is, I want to see tickets Active = true and state != Resolved for the past date, the same tickets might be closed in current date but I want to see the count of opened tickets which are in New, open & Awaiting info states for the specific date range.
For example :
Lets say, if I select the date 14th Dec 2022, I want to see the count of open tickets(New, Open & Awaiting info) state at that time.
Please let me know if there is any another possibility to achieve this requirement.
