How to create SLA PA indicators for SLA achievement per HR Service?

Hi,

I need to create SLA PA indicators for SLA achievement per HR Service. SLA data is stored in task_sla table and hr services are stored in sn_hr_core_service table.

 

Is there any way to do that differently than creation of database view?

I tired to create a breakdown relations for that but i failed. I would be grateful for any tips.

If you utilize the task_sla table with below condition:

Afterwards, you can create a breakdown for the HR Service.
