How to differentiate the records present in kb_use table i.e to find out the source like from which source it has been viewed. for example if a user viewed a KB article from portal search and another user viewed a KB article from virtual agent search means how to differentiate it from which source which kb article were viewed and used and need to create a report for this

kb_use doesn't really store that and not 100% if anywhere else does.
HOWEVER, it does store a session ID, which gets reported up into User Experience Analytics... so that's where I'd pour some research

if this kb_use table doesn't help me to differentiate the articles from the search source means, is there any other way ?

User Experience Analytics is where I would investigate.
