How to disable general users (except admin) to create new report or dashboard in core UI analytics?

How to disable general users (except admin) to create new report or dashboard in core UI analytics? We still want them to view & update their existing core UI report/dashboard. Thanks.

Apart from report_view revoke all other roles related to reports like- report admin etc.

can you please specify who shall be enabled to create reports? why do you want to restrict it?

As Core Ui Analytics become tech debt, we don't want generic users to be able to create new reports/dashboard. We only want to report_admin or other admins can create new report/dashboard in Core UI analytics.
