Here are a couple articles explaining how to get the connection setup. Right now, Power BI only has the capability of connecting to the incident table. I have seen that they have a new connection coming soon that will unlock other tables to be used within Power Bi.

Connect to ServiceNow with Power BI for incident reporting
Hope this helps.

Has anyone been able to connect to any other tables besides the Incident table?

Were you able to connect using Incident content pack ? I am getting status code: 400 error, not sure what/where do we have to enabled PowerBI integration with ServiceNow.

Hi - did you happen to get anywhere with this? I'm looking around at the moment. To me it still looks like the only option is that Incident table content pack (if that even works). We're thinking maybe SN's ODBC driver might be an option, but not too sure.
