How to fix "Widget cancelled - maximum execution time exceeded" error on ServiceNow dashboard

I have recently added a report on an existing dashboard which I created but that report is showing the error above. How do I lengthen the time allowed for timeouts for this report? I can't seem to find any settings to fix the above issue.

Hi @Jerry Ong ,

 

I would recommend you to look into the report instead of try to give the report more time to load. The reason for this is, that a report with long load time will give bad user experience. Try to optimize the report itself (the conditions, amount of data etc.) to improve the performance.
