How to fix the Incident management Dashboard OOTB report

Hi

Incident management dashboard there is OOTB Report " Over due incidents"
There is filter condition above the dashboard If I add multiple filter conditions I am able to view report
But if a add single filter I am getting below error like 
When I add single filter condition there is a error "No Internet connection"
Please Suggest

I applied Single filter priority is High

When I click on any data/result

I am getting below Error even with admin role

Hello @Research 

 

Please try cache.do and incognito mode ( use this widely as it will refresh all the currently active sessions) 

 

Additionally try with other filters and also open this report separately and then try running it.

I also have this issue, but for the OOTB Change Report shown below.  This works when I run the report itself, but when run from the dashboard it doesn't work.
