How to get the Backlog Trend weekly,monthly and daily in performance analytics?

Hello ,

Can anyone suggest what should be the relative start and end for the JOBs for backlog Weekly, Monthly and Daily.

I have already created indicators for the same but getting same scores in all.

Kindly help.

Out of the box there is a scorecard named Incident backlog growth. You can use the filter on the right to change from Daily, to Weekly, Monthly, etc

It sounds like you indicator sources aren't time boxed.   Make sure you indicator query matches the frequency.   For instance, the monthly would need to have opened before next month and closed after this month or not closed.   The weekly would need to have opened before next week and closed after this week or not closed.
