Unable to export Data Visualization in Yokohama version

Users from my instance created Data Visualization as Pivot Table like the below image. When I click export the popup shows this message Export Failed. Please contact system administrator.

=> Has anybody encountered this problem before and how to fix this issue ?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , @Bhuvan  I think I found the problem the exportation for Visualization Pivot table is not supported in Platform Analytics. Here is the document link below:

I kinda disappointed when they don't support these kind of visualization in Platform Analytics but the classic does

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

There was no upgrades after I migrate the classic Dashboard to Platform Analytics. This issue only happens on a few data visualizations not all of them print out the message error.

Try to update data visualization, platform analytics and UI builder plugins and try to export again. If it does not work, raise a ServiceNow support case as the issue could be due to PAREXPORT Servers and there have been reported cases wherein restart of backend servers resolved the issue. Hi @Bhuvan  , it seems upgrading my platform analytics from 6.0.6 to 6.0.15 in yokohama version still doesn't resolve my problems. The Pivot data visualization is still not be able to be exported.
