Hi All,
Is there a way to remove one user from the recipients list of a Scheduled reports in SNow ?
The only option I found is to delete report and recreate with removing the user but dont find option to just edit the list of recipients.
Thanks in advance !
Kind regards,
Sandeep K.

have you tried to remove the user directly form the scheduled report record ?
eg:
Reports > Scheduled Reports > Open the scheduled report and make the changes .

Hi Sandeep,
Are you saying you are not able to edit the report with the recipients once it is created? Are you using Users field to select the users as recipient?
I am able to edit the report which is already created. Can you share screenshot here?

Hi Harshvardhan,
Yes, When I go to "Reports > Open the scheduled report > Schedule " the user list is empty and I cant see any recipient here.
Kind regards,
Sandeep
