Hi All,
Is there a way to remove one user from the recipients list of a Scheduled reports in SNow ?
The only option I found is to delete report and recreate with removing the user but dont find option to just edit the list of recipients.

have you tried to remove the user directly form the scheduled report record ?
eg:
Reports > Scheduled Reports > Open the scheduled report and make the changes .

Hi Sandeep,
then from where the recipients are set; you need to check that any business rule on email table

hi Harshvardhan,
I followed your steps "Reports > Scheduled Reports > Open the scheduled report and make the changes . " and was able to remove the recipient successfully.
Previously I was checking some other options.

You just go to sysauto_report table where you can edit users (recipients) or report email.

- Navigate to Scheduled Reports
- In list view select the information icon next to the report
- Select Open Record
- Edit Recipients
- Save the Record
