How To Report on Average Time Worked Per User Per Day?

I don't have the analytics plugin and I want to report on time worked per date averaged over each ITIL user. Curerntly I can pull a graph over time that shows each person's time worked in a chaotic sort of multi-line graph. I want to average each of those lines into one line that shows the average time someone spends per day on a ticket. Is this possible using metric definitions or anything else OOB for ITSM that doesn't involve the performance analytics plugin? Thank you for your help!

You can create a report on below table for find average of time worked for task per user

Thank you for your response! I'm looking more to find a sum of the time worked for each person over the entire day and then average those together. We want to see that the average ITIL user is recording at least 40% of their working hours in ServiceNow as time worked. I'm currently able to find the sum per person per day but I can't average them together for a more high-level view to provide to our directors.

Also, am I able to then make a bar graph from this table? The goal is to have a graph representing average daily time worked over the week.

Same for me, I would like to do average time per day for the month

Example:
Tom - Average time logged per day 8 hours for the month of Dec

Dic - Average time logged per day 8 hours for the month of Dec

Harry - Average time logged per day 8 hours for the month of Dec

Maybe even better per month

Tom - Jan (8 hours) Feb (10 Hours) March (9 hours)

Dic - Jan (8 hours) Feb (10 Hours) March (9 hours)

Harry - Jan (8 hours) Feb (10 Hours) March (9 hours)
