I cat find work notes column when I select incident on OOB report in ServiceNow

This is quite difficult and seems not possible, though you can get the work notes list contains the person who updated the work notes. So that you can utilize it in your requirement.

from top of my head it’s not possible. Further more I could ask what the purpose would be of such a report? What is the business requirement? 

in general, work notes are updated by IT professionals- so from my point it doesn’t make any sense?
