I'm trying to develop a report to capture REQ/RITM/TASK data...specifically looking for approved REQ/RITM without any associated TASKs (as well as all Tasks on the RITMs).
All my attempts seem to ALL have TASKs....how can I find REQ/RITM without any associated TASKs ?
Currently starting from SC_TASK

I would look at a related list condition. Take a look at this blog that should help: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=bd0eaa2ddbd0dbc01dcaf3231f96199e

OK, so since I've never written any reports in SN (other than playing in it this week)...my choices are:
A. Convince requestor, that this task needs someone trained in SN reporting & to redirect.
B. Kick this back to the requestor, & let him dig in and learn
C. spend some # hours learning this skill (outside my normal job definition).
D. Both A and B
E. None of the above...ignore report request
I choose D.
Thanks for the info. That blog looks like it has the answer & will greatly improve somebody elses skill in SN š
