How to Schedule a Dashboard via Email in ServiceNow?

Hello Community,

I am working on a requirement where I need to schedule a dashboard to be sent via email on a daily basis. I’m aware that individual reports can be scheduled using the Scheduled Report Email functionality, but I’m not sure if there’s any OOB feature available to do the same for dashboards.

Is there a way to do this without custom work? Or has anyone found a workaround?

Hi @Community Alums ,

At the moment you can't email dashboards, but you can email multiple reports (data visualizations) in one email.

You can include dashboard link in your email and give access to that user.
