How to see custom events in User Experience Analytics

I've added a custom event on a widget in our Service Portal, is there anything else I need to do to see this information populate the User Experience Analytics dashboard?

@Community Alums I have watched that video and it doesn't not go into detail about how to make the custom event show up on the dashboard. 

 

I am trying to determine why the code is not sending information to the dashboard.
