Hello community!
We need to create a workflow to send general emails to all users when we reset all passwords.
Does anyone know how to create it?
Thanks!

This is confusing. Your title is to send an email so users can reset their password (like a notice 'hey, you need to do something') and your description is we need to let them know we reset their passwords ('hey, you can't log in with your old credentials. Use these').
Don't create a workflow, create a flow, triggering on the logic you apply (you don't mention anything on the process / why / when that reset is necessary).
Do a look up to the contacts on the account and trigger a notification from the flow. The notification can contain the information needed, but as stated before: your information contradicts, so I am not sure what you want to send out.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hey mark, thanks for your answer.
To clarify the issue that we have, we are creating two different flows.
A) General email with the link to update your credentials.
B) Individual email with the new credentials to each user of the group.
