How to set up Easy Import for Indicator scores including breakdowns? (Istanbul)

So for the first time a user has come to me asking to get some scores on his dashboard from data that is not sourced in ServiceNow.   Great says I, I know PA can do this from reading the high level blurb.   I'll just set you up a couple of manual indicators and breakdowns, then rustle you up an Excel template that you can fill in, just like the blurb said I can do!   Only when I actually read into how to do it I am faced with this:

"To import score data for an indicator from a Microsoft Excel or CSV file that exactly matches the columns of the table, including sys_ids for each row, follow the steps described in Easy Import."

The problem is, easy import talks about right clicking on a list header and selecting import, etc.   My immediate problem with this is that, as far as I can find, there are no default  lists for PA_Scores.   There is the scoresheet, but as far as I can tell this can only be updated one cell at a time.

Long winded way of asking, can anyone tell me which list I should be right-clicking on in order to create an easy import Excel Template for scores?

You can pull up the pa_scores table directly by navigating to:

https://instance.servicenow.com/pa_scores_list.do

Substitute your instance name for the word "instance".   I'd also highly recommend doing this in a lower instance first to make sure it doesn't corrupt existing data and that you get the data you want.

Hope this helps,

I'll make the additional suggestion that it's much easier if you go add a score or two to the manual indicator, breakdown that you want, then when you look at the pa_scores.list view, filter for that indicator or indicator/breakdown pair that you want to fill in with Excel.   THEN create your import template by doing the Right Click - Import, Create Template, Update.   That creates the Excel sheet with fields all ready for you, and prefiltering means the template will only contain the scores that you're wanting to update, not every score for every indicator.

Then just go again, right click - import, and this time just pick your updated template file and pull it back in.
