How to sort data from ascending to descending order(Maximum to minimum data count) in Trend chart or pivot chart? Is that possible in reporting?

I have a requirement to show top 10 customer list based on quarter wise/month wise. I can extract the data and show it in trend graph as below. But how can I sort it from maximum to minimum count.

(or) how to sort in Pivot chart? It is automatically sorted from A to z or I can change it from Z to A. but not from maximum to minimum count. Any advice is deeply appreciated. I need to know the workaround if it is possible. need it  for multiple requirements/customers.

Thanks,

Keerthana

Hi Keerthana,

at this point, there is no sort by numbers. I am sure you would have gone through this "Add Sort" above the condition builder, which is not going to help you . here is the below ServiceNow updates in their docs, on this sorting, ( FYI, you can achieve this in PA)
